How It Works

Create the scheduled task in Cowork

Paste the generated prompt into a new Cowork scheduled task. Set your frequency — every 10 minutes for a high-volume inbox, once daily for a lighter one — and restrict to business hours if needed.

Review drafts in Gmail and send

After each run, open your Gmail Drafts folder. Check [PLEASE REVIEW] tags first, tweak anything that needs it, and send. The goal is eliminating the blank-page problem — not blind trust.
